A three-panel Dungeon Master screen in vegetable-tanned leather - an 18-page pattern printed 1:1, and the full build filmed from first cut to last coat of finish.
The panels are riveted to leather hinges rather than sewn to fabric, so the screen folds flat for the bag and stands on its own once opened. Finished size is 96 cm wide by 46 cm high (37.8 × 18.1 in) - tall enough to hide the dice, low enough to keep the table in view.
Leather and hardware. Around 0.44 m² (682 sq in) in total: 2.5 mm (5-6 oz) for the panels, 1.6 mm (3-4 oz) for the hinges. Six millimetre double-cap rivets, thread, leather glue. Dye, neatsfoot oil and Tokonole for the edges.
Tools. Utility knife, edge beveler, groover, 2 mm round punch, 3 mm punch, mallet, two needles, cotton dauber, burnisher. Rivet holes vary with the rivets you buy - test on scrap before punching the real thing.
Print the 18 A4 pages at 100% with zero margins, tape the sheets together, cut the five panels, and follow the video.
